​This class focuses on foundational yoga postures, is for beginners and anyone that wants to work on posture, improve balance and lower stress levels.  After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with information about how to join the class at the scheduled time. You can join the class using Zoom video via a web link or call in using a phone.
