New Presbyterian pharmacy customer service center focused on helping with benefit questions

To help answer specific and sometimes complex questions about prescription benefits from Presbyterian Health Plan members, the Pharmacy Services team is opening a new customer service center.

The center, which kicks off February 3, will include several pharmacy specialists with in-depth pharmacy knowledge and training to answer prescription questions.

Members will be transferred to the special team from the main Presbyterian Customer Service center number: 505-923-5256.
