Several Presbyterian locations across the state, including Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Ruidoso and Socorro, are now providing the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for 12-17-year-olds.

The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is the only one available for individuals under 18. Vaccinations for New Mexicans under age 18 require parental consent. At Presbyterian locations:
Patients ages 12-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/adult caregiver, who can sign a consent form.
Patients ages 16-17 can present for the vaccine with a parent/guardian/adult caregiver provided they have a consent form signed by a parent/guardian/adult caregiver.
