Virtual care is a broad term that encompasses all the ways healthcare providers remotely interact with their patients. These can also be called “telehealth” or “telemedicine” appointments, which can be done by telephone, or through video or online messaging services.
During COVID-19, social distancing is very important to help maintain the health of our patients and staff. Therefore, we have increased our telehealth options so that we can continue to care for our patients during this time of uncertainty.
If you have a scheduled appointment, a member of your care team will be in touch with you to discuss your care options. You may still need to come to the clinic for your appointment if you have a healthcare need that can’t be addressed by a telehealth appointment and can’t be delayed.
We will offer most of our patients a telehealth appointment, which can be done by telephone or video. You can also call the clinic directly to request a telehealth appointment with your provider, if you prefer not to come into the clinic.
You can request an appointment, message your care team, view test results and request prescription renewals using MyChart. If you need care for non-urgent health conditions, you have the option of using Online Visits or Video Visits.
Don’t put off getting care for urgent or emergency needs. Our urgent cares are open for illnesses and injuries that can’t wait. We follow all CDC guidelines for in-person visits.
