Schedule an Appointment Time
For your convenience, you can schedule your same-day appointment for a time that works best for you. Once scheduled, you will receive an emailed confirmation of your appointment.
Please be advised that although we will do our best to see you at the time of your scheduled appointment, you may experience a delay due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you are under the age of 18 you must have a parent or legal guardian present unless you are being seen for a diagnosis that does not require parental consent for treatment. Screenings and treatment that do not require parental consent are HIV testing, sexually transmitted diseases, pregnancy and family planning and some types of behavioral health counseling.
