Lindsey Campos, LPCC, CEAP, SAP
EAP Director
Lindsey Campos is an LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) and CEAP (Certified Employee Assistance Professional). Lindsey has over 15 years of experience working in the Behavioral Health field. During her career she has worked as both a direct care provider and supervisor in community counseling and substance use treatment, and in managed care doing utilization management, quality improvement, and population health management. Most recently, Lindsey was the EAP Manager for the City of Albuquerque for 4 years, prior to joining the Solutions Group as EAP Director.
Born and raised in Albuquerque, NM, Lindsey is very passionate about helping New Mexicans to achieve their best health. She is dedicated to working with employers to promote employee health and well-being, increase workplace safety, and improve workplace culture, employee retention, and productivity.
Lindsey earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of New Mexico in 2007, her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Webster University in 2009, and her doctorate in behavioral health from Arizona State University in 2017.
Adriana Lopez
Director, Workplace Well-being
Adriana Lopez is the Director of Workplace Well-being Operations for The Solutions Group at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. She is passionate about helping individuals and organizations thrive by creating well-being programs that are engaging, practical, and meaningful.
Adriana oversees a team of wellness professionals who partner with employers across New Mexico to deliver programs, resources, and experiences that support whole-person well-being. Her work focuses on building connections, fostering healthy workplace cultures, and developing solutions that meet the unique needs of each organization.
Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to service, Adriana enjoys helping employers create environments where employees can be healthy, resilient, and successful both at work and in their personal lives.
Adriana holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin.
Shane Schumann
Supervisor, Wellness Program Coordination
Shane Schumann is the Supervisor of Wellness Program Coordination for The Solutions Group at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. With more than a decade of experience in employee wellness, health promotion, and program management, Shane works closely with employers and community partners to develop engaging, evidence-based well-being initiatives that support healthier workplaces.
Before joining Presbyterian, Shane served as a Health and Wellness Specialist with the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority, where he helped design and implement wellness programs that promoted employee health and engagement. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from the University of New Mexico and is passionate about helping organizations create cultures of well-being that improve both employee health and organizational performance.
Shane brings a practical, collaborative approach to wellness strategy and enjoys building programs that make a meaningful impact on the lives of employees and the communities they serve.
