Naomi Marquez, LPCC, LSAA, QSAP, CEAP
EAP Client Services Manager & EAP Counselor and Consultant
Naomi is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Substance Abuse Associate (LSAA). She is trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EDMR) therapy as well as a myriad of other modalities, including brief and solution-focused counseling. Naomi specializes in trauma work, substance abuse issues, relationships, emotional dysregulation, parenting skills and self-care. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in counseling from the University of New Mexico.

Elaine J.C. DeBassige D’Amato, M.A., LPPC, LPC, CEAP
EAP Clinical Manager and Counselor and Consultant
Elaine is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in New Mexico and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. She has over 20 years of experience in a variety of settings including: intensive outpatient treatment, K-12 schools, higher education, private practice, non-profit, and commercial settings. Elaine’s approach to counseling is strengths-based, utilizing cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused counseling techniques. Her areas of counseling expertise are multicultural counseling, life transitions, marriage and family therapy, identity development, performance, grief, and career discernment. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Notre Dame, her masters in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado Denver, and a professional certificate in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver.

Judy Sanchez
Office Manager
Judy has 20 years of experience in office management. Her expertise is in accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. Judy oversees the office in a manner to ensure processes run as smooth as possible for staff and people we partner with. She is the point of contact for questions regarding billing and payments.
She is also committed to providing our staff with the necessary tools to provide excellent quality service. In addition to her main job duties, she assists with answering phone calls and scheduling our clients promptly and efficiently.
A New Mexico native, Judy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an Associate’s degree in Applied Science from National American University.

Deirdre Anderson, M.S., LCSW, QSAP, CEAP
EAP Counselor and Consultant
Deirdre is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (QSAP) who specializes in short-term, solution-focused counseling that incorporates mindfulness, building life skills, and cognitive behavioral techniques. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient psychiatry, leading stress management courses at a rehabilitation hospital, outreach to homeless and mentally ill veterans, managed care, and several employee assistance programs. Prior to joining The Solutions Group, she coordinated the Dialectic Behavioral Therapy Program at University of New Mexico Psychiatric Center. Deirdre earned her master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of California Berkeley.

Mari Lyford, MSW, LCSW, QSAP, CEAP
EAP Counselor and Consultant
Mari is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (QSAP), and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP). As a QSAP, she conducts employee drug and alcohol assessments per Department of Transportation regulations and employer drug and alcohol policies. She is also trained in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD), the Resilience Toolkit, and Brainspotting. In addition to serving as an EAP Clinical Counselor for The Solutions Group, she is currently in private practice. Prior to joining The Solutions Group in 2015, Mari worked as an exercise specialist in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. She earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of New Mexico and her master’s degree in clinical social work from New Mexico Highlands University.

Paul Grabowsky LPCC, LMHC
EAP Counselor and Consultant
Paul is an independently licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) in the state of New Mexico and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Hawai’i. He is also a licensed secondary teacher in New Mexico and Hawai’i. Throughout his career, he has worked in a variety of clinical settings including domestic violence agencies, horticultural rehabilitation, private practice, DD waiver, School-based behavioral health, Intensive home treatment and EAP. Paul holds bachelor degrees in Psychology, Biology and Education from the University of New Mexico and the College of Santa Fe. He earned his master’s degree in counseling from Webster University.

Laura Romero, LMSW
EAP Referral Specialist
As a Licensed Masters of Social Work (LMSW) and TSG’s Referral Specialist, Laura matches EAP clients with resources in their communities. In her career as a social worker, she has served individuals ranging from infants to elders, provided home visiting for first-time parents, and most recently worked at a dialysis clinic. Laura’s clinical interests include infant mental health, child development, pregnancy, post-partum depression, parenting skills and transgender support. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from New Mexico Highlands University.

Paul Bonnell, LCSW, QSAP
EAP Counselor and Consultant
Paul is an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the state of New Mexico. He has worked with diverse ages and populations in a variety of clinical settings including Employee Assistance Program, Substance Abuse Treatment, Treatment Foster Care, Adolescent Homeless Shelter, Public School System, and Outpatient Clinic. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern New Mexico University and a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of New Mexico. He earned his Master of Social Work degree from New Mexico State University.
